Before becoming a Leelanau County resident of nearly 20 years, Alissa was a seasonal resident as she was growing up. She spent years exploring and admiring what Leelanau County has to offer. She spent many summers working in Leland, Glen Arbor and Suttons Bay sharing her favorite hiking trails, beaches, restaurants, and stores with eager tourists wanting the full Leelanau experience. During her free time, she spends time caring, training, and competing with her horse, exploring local restaurants with her husband, and hiking the local trails with her dogs.
